UpNet CSG utilizes a unique methodology to determine stakeholder interests, assess corporate culture, determine goals, identify pain points and implement a system of accountability with Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and formal Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). CSG works with each customer to define all KPIs for measuring the performance of their objectives with internal and external partners.

Modules
SmartCOMP™ is designed with highly configurable sets of modules that will improve data accuracy by eliminating duplicate efforts and easily maintain records to demonstrate full control of your projects. Each module can be customized to fit your business requirements and can easily adapt to any changing business needs in the future.
Project Administration
The Project Administration Module is the “gate keeper” module of the program. Users with Project Administration access are able to:
- Create new projects
- Assign contractors and subcontractors to projects
- Track approval, status and history for any project
- Navigate Change Order Management
- View subcontractor list for each Project
Contract Compliance
Each project and contract is recorded in the SmartCOMP™ database, including detailed project information, any categories and subcategories (subject to your business requirements) and any further devisions into carious project activities. Once the project is underway, the system will track the progress and compliance status in real-time.
Wage Compliance
The Wage Compliance module collects local, state and/or federal wage regulations and validates them against data entered by contractors and subcontractors. Designed with an online query capability to review the wage by wage decision and by craft.
Workforce Reporting
Collect, manage and verify your contractor's and subcontractor's workforce hours. This module also allows you to create reports.
Partner Relationship Management Program
Partner Relationship Management is the missing piece that fully connects and completes the Business-to-Business (B2B) puzzle. While many companies deploy Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to manage their vendors, there continues to be a disconnect when it comes to the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service-Level Agreements (SLAs) and the real-time access to decision making information.

UpNet's PRMP utilizes our full life cycle methodology. - Customized corporation portal incorporating each corporation's unique requirements.
- Vendor's and Supplier's own view. The view configuration varies with the business they are transacting through the Portal
- iEDex integration foundation is capable of integrating data from various systems used by the corporation, achieving seamless integration with vendors/suppliers.
- Web based Application systems, from Order Management System, SRM system, Logistics Management System, to Inventory management, enabling vendors/suppliers to transact business through the Portal when needed.

Vendor/Supplier On Boarding Program
On boarding selected suppliers/vendors. If the vendor is not in the market pool, they will need to register on the PRMP portal with all the required information and certifications.
- Enable to do business with wide pool of vendors/suppliers electronically to eliminate costly manual process.
- Increase process accuracy and end to end visibility.
- Define KPI's by type of project, or by a specific vendor;
