EDeX includes a universal language to which all data is converted to and from. The universal language is a dictionary of content-based objects that are matched to the data quanta. This rich context-based set of quantum provide the universal language that allows EDeX to uniquely connect any system or set of systems without invasive programming, or opening the firewalls to your existing system(s).
EDeX's universal language allows the communication and translation process to happen instantaneously - while the data is being sent (on the fly translation). This allows for the only delay in real-time data collaboration to ensure security and data integrity.
