Dr. Crowley is responsible for evaluating and implementing new technologies.
Dr. Crowley has studied extensively on Neural Networking and its applications. For his Doctoral thesis, Dr. Crowley developed a neural-based computational model of the saccadic occulomotor system in primates that simulated saccadic eye movements. His continuous research on Neural Networking and Internet technologies in business applications is a key advantage for UpNet Technologies in its quest to develop leading edge business systems.
Dr. Crowley holds a doctoral degree in Computer Science from the University of Southern California, and is currently a member of the computer science faculty at USC.
