Advisory board member

A retired Air Force Lt. Colonel, Mr. Respress directs and reviews the UpNet in its approach and development of security related initiatives. 

Mr. Respress holds a Master degree in Criminal Justice and is a member of the American Society of Industrial Security. 

Mr. Respress was responsible for the Air Force wide security forces contingency operational requirements program. 

Mr. Respress has extensive experience in directing and managing security forces engaged in carrying out Force Protection for worldwide deployment planning and contingency management of Air Force non-lethal weapons program, security forces equipment management and the development of new technology to meet existing and future security needs.
