UpNet Technologies, Inc. was founded in 1996 by Jennifer Amys and Vicki Crowley to help companies more cost effectively manage their growing transaction volume, complexity and business pressures associated with their EDI systems. With over 50 years of combined market experience they quickly realized that existing technology could not meet the market needs for speed, cost, or transparency. After two years of research and development, UpNet unveiled iEDeX, a truly innovative event-based data collaboration technology, which has started to change the standard approach to integration and data transformation solutions.

Jennifer Amys , Founder and CEO, has a successful track record of driving complex ERP and technology initiatives within Fortune 500 companies.  Vicki Crowley, Founder and Vice President of Product Strategy, is one of the pioneers of electronic data exchange and has seen it grow from mainframes, through PC's, and onto the Internet.
