UpNet Technologies, Inc. was founded in 2001 by Jennifer Amys and Vicki Crowley to help companies more cost effectively manage their growing transaction volume, complexity and business pressures associated with their EDI systems. With over 50 years of combined market experience they quickly realized that existing technology could not meet the market needs for speed, cost or transparency. After two years of research and development, UpNet unveiled a truly breakthrough event-based data collaboration technology which has started to change the standard approach to data integration and business system communications.
